Cancellation and Transfer Policy

Written cancellation requests must be received by fax or postmark at least 30 continuous days prior to the reserved internship or fellowship in order to receive a refund minus $150 processing fee or full credit toward a future internship or fellowship.

If you cancel less than 30 days in advance you will be subject to a non-refundable deposit. Cancellation within 5 days of the internship or fellowship will result in no refund. A transferred internship or fellowship must be completed within six months of the date of transfer or the deposit of $500 is forfeited. If after starting the internship or fellowship, an intern or fellow leaves for personal reasons, credit toward a future internship or fellowship may be given and must be completed within six months, but you are not eligible for a refund or second transfer. Cancellation after a transfer will result in no refund.
